Each year, I am able take on a limited number of clients into my mentoring program.
This involves an upfront meeting to discuss objectives and set out an appropriate schedule. Then throughout the year, periodic meetings (face to face or via video conference) to discuss progress, areas for improvement, tips, tricks, advice and guidance.
