Can you believe there are only 9 more sleeps left until the new financial year? Wow! That's just over a week to squeeze everything we can out of this one.

The new financial year brings new goals, new horizons, a new profit and loss sheet. The 1st of July is a cleansing day where everything clicks on over to zero. 

New beginnings.

New opportunities.

New objectives.

What will FY2019 bring for you? Have you got a clear plan in place of what you want to achieve? Has your plan included the results you want, along with the methods you will achieve these goals?

It is very powerful to decide, write down and communicate internally a goal such as a revenue goal. It is even more powerful to detail what steps we will take to get there. I challenge you this coming year to focus on the processes and inputs you can control - not just the outputs.
