Bringing in an external facilitator for strategic planning days, project mapping exercises and goal planning sessions can ensure that the conversation is truly collaborative. Of course, a set agenda is imperative to ensure you achieve desired outcomes. However as an experienced facilitator, I am able to read the room and ensure all areas of the topic are explored by all parties, not just by the big personalities.
