Case Study - MIFNQ.

Television advertisement.The challenge.
Promote the events in the Charters Towers and Hughenden markets. The result. I engaged Luke Taylor from Taylor Creative to produce the advertisement, bring the print artwork to life on the screen. I then managed the booking through WIN and Imparja, reaching both markets in the lead up to the events. |

Event management.The challenge.
MIFNQ wanted to hold 2 mens events in outback Queensland. The brief was to use sport as the vehicle to get men in these drought stricken communities to come together to forget about the drought, connect with each other and to discover some important mental health messages. The result. We held two events in outback Queensland. One in Charters Towers on the 24th June 2016 and one in Hughenden on the 25th June 2016. Where possible, I engaged local community groups and businesses to invest as much of the event budget back into the local communities. The Hughenden event was attended by 109 people. If this event were to be held in Brisbane, it would be the equivalent of filling Suncorp Stadium more than 3 times! |

Video production.The challenge.
I recommended producing a short video to capture the essence of the events. The result. I engaged Finn Buckle to film and produce this wonderful video. By capturing the events, MIFNQ will have record of what activity they have undertaken in outback Queensland, but also to demonstrate the capability of the organisation for future events. |

Photo gallery.The challenge.
Capture the events with great photography. The result. A portfolio of photos has been created to capture the event and activities. Dale Knuth was the local photographer hired in Charters Towers and I took the photos in Hughenden. This gallery shows a sample of the photos that have been assembled to mark the occasion. |
