We established the business in 2014 in response the needs of the marketplace. We believe the ever changing landscape of marketing demands a team of marketers who can move with industry, delivering bespoke marketing solutions aligned to business objectives. As the demand for our services has grown, so to has our team. As the face of the business, I personally meet with every client we do business with. But I don't do it alone! I have a fantastic team of creative people and lateral thinkers that I call on as required. My personal assistant Teigan Mahony keeps me organised and with all good assistants, we know that she really runs the show. It's a family affair, which means I also call upon my wonderfully experienced husband, Rod Grey to give us a hand when required. Rod is an amazing graphic designer and signwriter with experience across a number of industries.

I've worked in marketing and business development roles for the last 20 years and combined this with a love of life long learning. I can't stop! Whether it's a short course, seminar, book, article, masters degree, I simply can't get enough. I enjoy learning new things and passing this knowledge onto my clients.
As a Certified Practising Marketer, I aim to understand the customer and put them front and centre every time. I love getting to know what makes them tick, and why they behave the way they do, so we can go shopping for more customers just like them.
I'm not afraid to say no. In fact I often do. Yes, if we do business together, we will probably argue. I believe there are enough 'yes' people in our lives already. I believe working collaboratively we can push each other past our comfort zones and achieve even more than we planned.

I'm family first. Everything I do in business is to build a life for my family. I take a holiday every Christmas and I won't answer my phone during this time. But when I'm not lapping up the Queensland lifestyle with my husband and kids, I'm 110% about my clients. I prioritise my clients work above all else. This means new enquiries sometimes have to wait. #sorrynotsorry. It's how I roll.
I'm all about honesty. Being honest about timelines, budgets and the operational stuff but also about values. If a business activity aligns with your values, and the dollars make sense, then go for it. If a business activity or opportunity doesn't align with your core values, ditch it. No discussion required. This is what I teach my clients and this is how I operate my own business.
I use fabulous, awesome and such terms way too often. But when you hear them, I mean it.

I do have formal qualifications, (if you're interested). I have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at James Cook University (JCU) in 2005 and prior to that I studied marketing and management at JCU. I am a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and Certified Practising Marketer. I also have qualifications in the areas of training, assessing, education, recruitment and behavioural science.
My experience includes marketing management, brand development, customer journey mapping and consultation, strategic planning, public speaking preparation for clients, conducting workshops and seminars, facilitating tender preparation projects, business development, sponsorship leverage, event management, building marketing capacity for clients, sales management, social media management, digital marketing, conducting strategic planning days, motivational sessions, primary, secondary and tertiary communications management and advice.
I look forward to working with more clients in the coming years that want to connect with clients and grow from great to greater.
It's not all about me (well not all of the time). I'm privileged to have a wonderful support team who help bring to life the ideas our clients and I dream up. We contract specialists as required to deliver specific elements of each project.
